This is an e-commerce website which offers online medical consultation to users. Users can choose their issue for example, hair loss, then a list of medicines will be displayed to the users. Users can choose the suitable medicine based on its description and can start online consultation steps.
The consultation process is divided into 4 steps where in steps 1 the user has to fill the General form and this form is common for all kinds of treatments. In the 2nd step, users will be asked for Condition Specific Questions and if there will be anything which will not match with this consultation then the consultation process will be stopped and users have to consult with the support team directly from the website.
Challenges
On this website, we have customized product detail and check out process. Instead of direct checkout, the user has to follow the consultation steps and then users can make checkout.
We have also customized consultation forms and they are rendered dynamically as well as they are condition based. For example, based on Yes or No other field will populate.
